Lady Gaga and Oprah

“It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves, you know, to put other people down, or make fun of them, or maybe make mockery of their work and that doesn’t make me feel good at all.”   ~ Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga is a creative genius bringing an extraordinarily unique perspective as an artist, one of the world’s most beautiful people inside and out, intelligent, is relevant to humanitarian concerns in helping young people be at peace with who they are and she is aware of the suffering caused by bullying in schools and doing something about it.

“It’s hard knowing who to trust with your personal life. When you cry in your room at night, you don’t always know who to call. So I am very close to my family.”  ~ Lady Gaga

She founded the Non-Profit Charitable Organization “Born This Way Foundation”, led by her and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, to build a youth empowered, braver and kinder world.

In my opinion, Lady Gaga is a world leader causing a change for the better with education and empowerment in the lives of the youth, which reaches into young and old alike, causing a worldwide effect of awareness that inspires people toward goodwill.

I personally experienced and witnessed bullying in school from students and teachers and the effect was devastating to the point that I lost all interest in studying. It was my good fortune that two teachers took a personal interest me and were a catalyst for change in the high school. With their help I graduated on the honor roll. I was committed to peace in the environment and did not embody the wherewithal to rationally reconcile the issues with bullying.

It took years to realize there was a problem with bullying and that I was either part of the problem or part of the solution. Either way, nothing can be done about a problem until one acknowledges it exists. Please consider that the ramifications of bullying in school reachs into your life.

As a Life Coach, I have worked with a very diverse clientele: a Ph.D., MBA, CEO, VP, Doctor, Chiropractor, Attorney, Land Developer, Artist, Excavator, Engineer, Residential Developer, Corporate Trainer, sales professional, management, secretary, receptionist, and what these people all have in common is that they are moms, dads, friends, relatives, business associates and community leaders; people from every walk of life, all willing to face what suffering existed in their life, take action to make a better life and contribute to others.

It does take courage on your part to acknowledge suffering. One cannot do anything about suffering until one is willing to acknowledge the suffering exists.  Then, it’s about finding the most effective solutions that anyone can learn, understand and apply. You do make a difference!

Thank you, Lady Gaga and Oprah, for taking your voice to the streets in a loving and rational manner, interacting with the world as if they are your family and making a contribution to all you touch.
